What is the response to the uproar of science?
Science cannot give the answers
Scientists who research and explore in different fields of science initially believe what they have discovered is the end of science, but after some time a second researcher arrives and presents a more accurate discovery in the same field. Once again it is thought that the second researcher has presented the extreme end of science although in fact his vision on the science is incomplete!
Yes, science can not give a decisive answer to itself or to others; it can only explain a reason from the viewpoint of physicists or mathematicians but it does not get to the extreme end.
For example, in reality why does the Earth orbit around itself? Why do the atoms in the sun constantly explode and convert into heat and light? Science has not been able and will not be able to give the ultimate answer to such questions.
What scientists and researchers have explained throughout history is hypothetical not factual. Even Einstein, Aristotle, Arthur Stanley Eddington and Henry Norris Russell could not reach the teleology, i.e. the real end of the subjects on which they researched. In other words, any response which is given to a question bears in its heart another question!
Or for example, different opinions have been suggested on the creation of the universe such as the theory on the development of the universe which says: There was first a compressed mass which suddenly exploded and the universe was created as a result of this explosion and then the galaxies, the suns and the Earth were formed[1]. This is the viewpoint of those scientists, but science has not been able to really find out where the world has come from and where it will go to!
Or many researchers and scientists have done research on atoms and their compositions, but where do atoms themselves come from? How do they come into contact with each other? Why do atoms come into contact with each other and form compounds? No one knows the answers to these questions!
Why are some nuclei which are next to one another driven away from each other? And why do some which are far from each other attract one another? Even how is it that the world is filled with the power of life? What is the origin of life or protoplasm? Where does it come from? And how is it? No one has been able to scientifically find the answers to these questions.
Therefore, science can not answer these questions! But why?
Because these sciences have been found by man and man cannot get to the extreme end of realities; Yes, these sciences have not arisen from the eternal and infinite source of power. The only science which is real and perfect is that which benefits from the treasures of divinity. In reality, perception of these sciences, confirms the existence of a power beyond material and this principle is revealed to people that true science is with Allah.
Therefore, there is no end to a scientist’s science and scientists should understand that teleology and studying the ends is not possible for them.
But Gnosticism due to connection with the divine source can get to the extreme end of realities.
This issue should also be revealed:
Which person or persons deserve approaching Gnosticism?
It should be said: Those people can achieve this valuable treasure and perceive the realities who have strong faith, bright abilities, sufficient eagerness and absolute enthusiasm and enter the world of mysticism, philosophy and Gnosticism with full efforts, pure assumption, penetrating thought, and are stable in studying the science of philosophy. If these exist in a person, he/she can progress to the highest end of Gnosticism.
But superficial, impious and ignorant people cannot enter the science of mysticism and Gnosticism and even if the unworthy somehow mistakenly travel in this path, they will not be able to comprehend it.
Therefore, be aware:
You should benefit from the flowage of the knowledge of philosophy and its effects which are thrown upon your heart [through a teacher]!
When water [knowledge] flows from a source of science, kneel down humbly beside that source. For drinking the purity of mysticism and philosophy, sometimes you should fully open your mouth and allow your heart to taste this purity at its highest level and sometimes open your mouth a little bit and gradually taste its nectar.
It is proper and appropriate for you not to move away from this source of Gnosticism and if you go from connection to it to distancing from it, this distancing will be the cause of your scientific misfortune and destruction.
